Gesamtschule Reichshof hosts inaugural vocational career course

The OK Ausbildung association hosted its first career selection course at Gesamtschule Reichshof. The event allowed 345 students from grades 8, 9, and 11 to gain practical insights into various vocational paths.

Sixteen regional companies participated, providing approximately 40 different practical exercises. The activities spanned several sectors, including finance, administration, healthcare, commerce, and technical professions such as mechatronics. Unlike traditional career fairs, this event focused on hands-on experience, allowing students to perform typical tasks and speak directly with trainees and instructors. Students also had the opportunity to submit short applications to their preferred companies.
