Gesture-controlled LED masks feature 50 light patterns for Halloween
New gesture-controlled LED masks are being marketed as interactive Halloween costume accessories. These rechargeable masks feature up to 50 programmable light patterns, including 25 static and 25 animated designs.
The technology utilizes a gesture sensor that allows users to cycle through patterns by waving their hands in front of the face. For reliability in crowded or dimly lit environments, the masks also include physical buttons as a manual backup. The devices are constructed from ABS plastic with sponge padding and use USB-C charging, with an estimated runtime of 8 to 10 hours per charge.
