GFG Style unveils Peralta D, a one-off copper-bodied grand tourer

Design studio GFG Style, led by Giorgetto and Fabrizio Giugiaro, has revealed the Peralta D, a unique one-off 2+2 grand tourer. Commissioned by Mexican collector Carlos Peralta, the vehicle is a tribute to his daughters and is based on the mechanical platform of the Maserati GranTurismo.

The car features a striking design characterized by hand-hammered pure copper body panels below the beltline and a mirrored glass structure above. To achieve its sculptural appearance, the studio utilized an aluminum chassis and carbon fiber structural elements.

Innovative access methods include a large dome canopy for front passengers and rear gullwing panels inspired by the De Tomaso Mangusta. The interior is highly customized, featuring leather and Alcantara stitched with real copper thread, and a unique makeup station for the passenger side.
