GGPoker tournaments draw record fields and big payouts across Brazil and Europe

Brazilian player Giorgio Tonin was a standout at GGPoker’s Wednesday Golden Vault HR, finishing eighth and earning $23,126, while other Brazilians such as Luis Gustavo and Thales Faria also captured six‑figure prizes in various $1,050 and Bounty Hunters events. The platform reported 148 entrants for the Golden Vault and more than 6,000 entries for its daily tournaments, highlighting strong participation from the Brazilian poker community.

In Europe, the Battle of Fanghiglia online series attracted 6,039 entries, with 58 Italian players still in contention on day three. Top chip leaders included Nico Diperna with $3.37 million and Ruggero Magri with $2.53 million, as the event offered multi‑million‑dollar prize pools and significant payouts for the remaining 196 players.
