Ghalib Mansour calls for transparency from Yemen's Presidential Leadership Council

Yemeni politician and General People's Congress permanent committee member Ghalib Mansour has issued a stern message to the President of the Presidential Leadership Council, Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi. Mansour is demanding transparency regarding the country's future, ongoing political understandings, and the fate of the project to restore the state and liberate Sana'a from Houthi control.

Mansour expressed concern that despite years of waiting, the Yemeni people have seen no tangible results to match the sacrifices made, while living conditions worsen and divisions within legitimacy institutions widen. He questioned whether restoring the state remains a genuine goal or has become a mere slogan used while critical files are managed behind the scenes without public knowledge.

Furthermore, Mansour urged President Al-Alimi and the Council members to return to Yemen immediately to exercise their responsibilities from within the country. He emphasized that Yemen cannot be governed from abroad and that the current stage requires decisive field leadership and the unification of political, military, and security decisions rather than formal meetings and statements.
