Ghana Education Ministry reschedules CSSPS results to September 4
The Ministry of Education has rescheduled the release of the 2026/2027 Computerised School Selection and Placement System (CSSPS) results. Originally set for Monday, August 31, the results will now be released on Friday, September 4.
The postponement follows requests from parents, guardians, students, and school heads for more time to complete the submission and uploading of student data onto the West African Examinations Council (WAEC) and CSSPS platforms. The Ministry reported that approximately 20,000 qualified students have yet to have their school choices uploaded by their respective heads of schools, parents, or guardians.
The extension aims to ensure that all eligible students are properly captured in the system for placement into Senior High Schools (SHS) and Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) institutions, preventing any student from being excluded due to outstanding administrative submissions.
