Ghana Gas and India climate-tech sectors highlight strategic energy priorities
Ghana National Gas Company Limited (Ghana Gas) is participating in the 2026 Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference (ADIPEC). CEO Judith Adjobah Blay is leading a delegation to discuss how natural gas resources can accelerate industrialization and economic transformation in Ghana. The company aims to showcase its gas potential, highlight infrastructure requirements, and seek strategic partnerships to improve the reliability of the national gas network.
In India, the climate-tech investment landscape is expected to shift by 2027, according to a report by Ostara Advisors. Investment is becoming more selective, focusing on deep-tech, energy storage, green-asset financing, and energy-efficient data-center infrastructure. The report notes that capital is increasingly directed toward energy security, domestic manufacturing, and critical technologies such as green hydrogen, nuclear power, and carbon markets.
