Ghana Judicial Service partners with Kwame AI for legal research

The Judicial Service of Ghana has partnered with artificial intelligence startup Kwame AI Incorporated to implement a new AI-powered platform for judges and magistrates. The tool, known as Eskwai or Legal AI, is designed to assist judicial officers with legal research and the drafting of court documents.

By accessing a database of case law, legislation, and other online resources, the platform aims to reduce the time spent on routine tasks and manual research through physical texts. This initiative is part of a broader effort to integrate emerging technology into the Ghanaian court system to improve productivity and streamline judicial processes.
