Ghana lands minister forms committee to review Adamus mining licence revocation

Minister of Lands and Natural Resources Emmanuel Armah‑Kofi Buah inaugurated an Independent Petition Review Committee to examine a petition from Adamus Resources Limited. The company, which holds gold prospecting licences in the Ellembelle District, seeks reversal of the revocation of its mining leases at Nkroful, Akango and Salman.

The committee was established to conduct an administrative review of the earlier licence cancellation and to consider reinstating the permits if the petition is upheld.
