Ghana's Division One League Super Cup Confirms Eight Participating Clubs

The Ghana Football Association has confirmed the eight clubs that will contest the 2026 X1 Division One League (DOL) Super Cup. Representatives include Debibi United FC and Tamale City FC from Zone One; former Premier League sides AshantiGold 04 and Ebusua Dwarfs from Zone Two; Port City FC and Semper Fi FC from Zone Three; and the highest‑ranked third‑placed clubs Attram De Visser SC (Zone Three) and Nsuopon Fidelity FC (Zone Two).

The teams will be drawn into two groups of four, with the top sides advancing to knockout rounds for the trophy. The competition marks the first edition under the five‑year headline sponsorship of X1 Energy Drink, reflecting the GFA’s push to raise the profile and commercial value of second‑tier football in Ghana and provide clubs a platform to fine‑tune preparations ahead of the upcoming season.
