Ghaziabad assault video debunked: Victims were Hindu, not Muslim

A viral video claiming that Muslim women were assaulted by the 'Hindu Raksha Dal' for cattle smuggling in Ghaziabad, India, has been debunked as false.

Fact-checking investigations reveal that the women assaulted in the video are actually Hindu, identified as mother and daughter, Deepa and Suman. The incident occurred in the Modinagar area of Ghaziabad. According to reports, Sapna Agarwal and others from the Hindu Raksha Dal allegedly assaulted the women while they were transporting cattle to their home. Following the incident, an FIR was registered against Sapna Agarwal and her associates for assault and verbal abuse.
