Ghibli Park introduces winter illuminations and seasonal decorations

Ghibli Park has launched its winter seasonal programming, featuring unique illuminations and decorations across its various areas. At the entrance to the Witch Valley, original illuminations inspired by “poisonous plants” have been installed. Additionally, Ghibli Grand Warehouse features winter decorations utilizing vibrant feathers and plants near its central staircase.

These winter displays are scheduled to remain active until early February 2027. Further seasonal decorations are expected to appear at Seishun no Oka starting in mid-November.

The park is also hosting the “Autumn Dondoko Festival” from October 30 to November 22. As part of this event, a demonstration of traditional folk arts and matchlock gun performances from the local Kego Festival will take place on November 8 at the Aichi Satolabo Plaza.

Due to popular demand, the screening of the original short animated film, “Night in the Witch Valley,” has been extended at the Orionza cinema within Ghibli Grand Warehouse. The film, which was produced specifically for the park, is now scheduled to run until approximately June 2027.
