Ghost in the Shell anime announces new merchandise collaborations

The TV anime series ‘Ghost in the Shell: The Ghost in the Shell’ is launching two major promotional collaborations in Japan.

Starting September 26, 2026, the ‘Ichiban Kuji’ character lottery will be available at various retailers, including Ministop and Daily Yamazaki. Prizes include a 22cm Motoko Kusanagi and Tachikoma figure, A3 aurora posters, tote bags, and various small items such as stickers and charms. A special ‘Last One’ prize will feature a unique version of the Motoko Kusanagi figure.

Additionally, from September 3 to September 16, 2026, the public sports betting service ‘Odds Park’ will host a collaboration titled ‘THE SPEED IN THE SHELL’. This campaign features exclusive merchandise using newly drawn illustrations by Science SARU, depicting characters like Motoko Kusanagi, Batou, and Togusa in keirin racing uniforms. Available items include collaboration T-shirts, mountain jackets, and wireless speakers.
