Ghost releases worldwide concert film “2 Big To Rig” in cinemas

Swedish theatrical‑rock band Ghost has launched the trailer for its second concert film, 2 Big To Rig, which will open in cinemas and IMAX venues worldwide starting 26 August. The feature, produced with Trafalgar Releasing, captures two sold‑out shows at Mexico City’s Palacio de los Deportes that drew close to 40,000 fans.

The 16 mm film documents the closing nights of the band’s Skeletour world tour, featuring songs from the 2025 chart‑topping album Skeletá as well as earlier hits such as “Mary On A Cross,” “Kiss the Go‑Goat,” and “The Future Is a Foreign Land.” Executive VP Kymberli Frueh said, “Ghost captured the last nights of the first stage of the legendary Skeletour in a 16 mm film in Mexico City, creating a nostalgic experience and an appropriate farewell for this era of the band.” Tickets are available for a limited theatrical run.
