Gia Lai and Quang Ngai specialties showcased in Hanoi

The 15th 'Vietnamese Goods Vitality' program, themed 'Song of the Central Highlands,' is being held in Hanoi from October 23 to 25. Organized by the Department of Domestic Market Management and Development and the Government Youth Union, in coordination with the Gia Lai and Quang Ngai Youth Unions, the event introduces over 60 specialty products from these two provinces to capital consumers.

Ten participating enterprises are presenting a diverse range of goods, including coffee, processed agricultural products, traditional foods, and herbal products. Key offerings from Gia Lai include various coffee types such as traditional Robusta, Robusta-Arabica blends, and premium cold brew. Processed goods include freeze-dried durian, green banana powder, dried chicken, beef jerky, macadamia nuts, and cashew nuts.

From Quang Ngai, specifically the Ly Son special zone, products include Ly Son garlic, purple shallots, black garlic, and various garlic-based syrups and preserves. Traditional food offerings also include premium fish sauces and convenient meal components like fish noodle soups and satay.
