Gia Lai approves investment for two new hospital projects
The Gia Lai provincial government has approved investment policies for two significant healthcare projects aimed at expanding medical capacity and high-quality service provision in the region.
One project, the An Nhon Dong General Hospital, has an estimated investment of approximately 307 billion VND. Located on Truong Chinh Street, the facility is planned to consist of 15 floors and one basement, with a capacity of 80 to 100 beds. The project includes a significant emphasis on green space, which will occupy over 32% of the total area. The investor will be selected through a competitive bidding process.
The second project is the Quy Nhon International Hospital, with a projected investment of 665 billion VND. Situated on Tay Son Street, this non-public general hospital is expected to feature up to 20 floors and one basement, with a capacity of approximately 200 beds. The facility aims to provide specialized services in areas such as obstetrics, pediatrics, surgery, internal medicine, assisted reproduction, and cancer screening. Both projects are slated for completion within 36 months of the investment contract taking effect and will have an operational term of 50 years.
