Gia Lai attracts 191 investment projects totaling 176 trillion VND

Gia Lai province has surpassed its 2026 investment targets, attracting 191 projects with a total registered capital of 176,474.74 billion VND. This represents a 12.35% increase over the annual target set by the Provincial People's Committee.

Compared to the same period in 2025, the number of attracted projects has risen by 44.69%, while the total registered capital has surged by 142.14%. The investment portfolio includes 185 domestic projects totaling 172,465.08 billion VND and 6 foreign direct investment (FDI) projects totaling 4,009.65 billion VND (approximately 154.22 million USD).

Industrial sectors lead the investment landscape with 96 projects valued at 145,621.52 billion VND. Other significant sectors include agriculture, forestry, and fisheries (52 projects), construction and infrastructure (15 projects), and trade, services, and tourism (20 projects).

Recent activity includes the Ia Hla Wind Power Plant project, a joint venture between Dai Loi Holding Co., Ltd and An Phat Investment Construction Development and Consulting JSC, which carries an investment value of 1,600 billion VND.
