Gia Lai police investigate 9.9 billion VND fraud case

Police in Gia Lai province have initiated a criminal investigation into a fraud case involving the appropriation of 9.9 billion VND. The suspect, Rcom H’Siôn, is accused of deceiving two residents of Ayun Pa by claiming to represent bank loan supervisors.

According to investigators, H’Siôn and five accomplices convinced the victims that the funds were needed to process bank maturity documents for local households. After receiving the money, the suspect fled the area and remains untraceable. Authorities are currently gathering evidence to prosecute the involved parties.
