Gia Lai Province allocates 109 billion VND for road repairs
Gia Lai Province has approved an investment of approximately 109 billion VND to repair several road sections damaged during the expansion of Phu Cat Airport. The damage was caused by the continuous transport of materials, with an average of 300 vehicles passing through these routes daily.
The repair project includes 16.9km of DT. 638, approximately 4.7km of DH 21 (Tran Hung Dao Street), a 1.6km stretch connecting DT. 638 to the Hoa Hoi soil mine, and a 2.6km residential road connecting DT. 638 to the Hon Quyt soil mine in Hoi Son commune.
Funding for these repairs will be drawn from contingency funds and savings from the total approved investment of the airport expansion project. The Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee has tasked the Management Board of Transport and Civil Works Projects to finalize documentation and procedures for implementation.
