Gia Lai Tax Department issues exit bans for 79 taxpayers

The Gia Lai Tax Department has publicly announced a list of 79 taxpayers subject to exit bans due to outstanding obligations to the state budget. Taxpayers are advised to proactively check their status and contact their managing tax authorities to resolve issues and avoid travel disruptions.

Under new regulations established by Decree No. 252/2026/NĐ-CP, procedures for lifting exit bans have been streamlined. The updated rules aim to shorten processing times and provide mechanisms for cases where tax payments have been made but not yet reflected in the management system. Taxpayers can now submit electronic proof of payment to expedite the verification and cancellation process.
