Gia Lai Traffic Police implement digital transformation for license management

The Gia Lai Traffic Police Department has implemented digital transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and administrative reform. Following directives from the Ministry of Public Security, the department has transitioned from manual data processing to automated technological solutions.

To address the increasing volume of data related to driver's license examinations and management, the department developed and deployed the ‘Driver's License Examination Result Management and Synthesis’ software. This application replaces manual Excel-based methods, allowing for automatic data reception from XML files, processing examination results, calculating pass rates, and generating standardized reports. The system also supports fee management and synchronizes data to a centralized system via SQL Server.
