Giada De Laurentiis faces reported tension with Shane Farley during DWTS debut

Celebrity chef Giada De Laurentiis has joined Season 35 of ‘Dancing With the Stars’ alongside professional dancer Alan Bersten. While fans are eager to see her performance, reports suggest growing tension between De Laurentiis and her longtime partner, television producer Shane Farley.

Sources close to the situation claim Farley is attempting to exert excessive control over De Laurentiis’ participation in the competition. He has reportedly been described as acting as her ‘manager, agent, bodyguard and publicist all rolled into one,’ with some insiders alleging he behaves as if he were an executive producer on the series.
