Gian Marco announces musical transition to salsa

Peruvian singer-songwriter Gian Marco is transitioning from his established career in pop ballads toward salsa music. This creative shift is highlighted by his new project, titled ‘Bajo la Manga’, and the release of the lead single ‘Nunca Más’.

The decision to explore tropical rhythms reportedly grew organically following a collaboration with Free Cover Venezuela, where the artist recorded salsa versions of his own songs. The move has received public support from prominent salsa artists, including Víctor Manuelle and Luis Enrique.
