Gian van Veen barred from filming vlog at Players Championship

Professional darts player Gian van Veen was prohibited by the Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) from filming behind-the-scenes content for his vlog during the Players Championship 29 tournament in Den Bosch.

Van Veen, currently ranked third in the world, had intended to document his experience at the Maaspoort Arena to provide fans with a rare look at the tournament, which is typically closed to the public and not broadcast on regular television. He informed his followers that the PDC does not permit such recordings.

Despite the filming restrictions, Van Veen reached the final of the tournament, where he was ultimately defeated by Cameron Menzies.
