Gian van Veen tests Australian Vegemite in Sydney

Dutch professional darts player Gian van Veen recently filmed a new episode of his ‘Local Treat Tour’ while in Sydney for the Australian Darts Masters. During his stay, Van Veen decided to test the well-known Australian spread, Vegemite.

After purchasing the product at a local supermarket, Van Veen prepared a tasting session in his hotel using sourdough bread and butter. Before sampling the delicacy, he noted receiving advice from Australian darts player Simon Whitlock to avoid spreading the substance too heavily, a common mistake made by Europeans.
