Giang Vo milk shop impresses Japanese creator Hitoshi Mission

Japanese content creator Hitoshi Mission recently shared his experience trying traditional milk products at a long-standing shop in the Giang Vo area of Vietnam. Known for his straightforward food reviews of Vietnamese staples like pho and bun, Hitoshi stepped outside his usual culinary routine to sample local dairy.

Despite initially intending to remain critical, Hitoshi expressed high praise for the fresh milk, describing its rich, original flavor as exceptional. He also highlighted the black sticky rice yogurt, noting the successful combination of refreshing acidity and subtle sweetness. He compared the unique taste of the Giang Vo milk favorably against both standard supermarket options and famous Hokkaido milk from Japan.
