Foggia political tension rises over municipal majority stability

Mayor Maria Aida Episcopo has dismissed these claims of a crisis, describing the current situation as ordinary administration. She characterized the internal debates as necessary reflections, noting that the 'campo largo' coalition is experimental and requires careful deliberation. Episcopo specifically addressed the complexities of the PIAO approval process, explaining that the scale of planned public sector hiring makes these operations exceptionally large and time-consuming compared to smaller municipalities.
