Giannis Spaliaras attributes youthful appearance to DNA

Greek actor and former top model Giannis Spaliaras has attributed his maintained physical appearance to genetics. In an interview with OK! magazine and Asteris Kasimatis, the 51-year-old noted that his hair has not yet turned gray, a trait he shares with his parents.

Spaliaras remarked that while some aspects of health and appearance are controllable, others are strictly a matter of DNA. He observed that lifestyle choices like diet and avoiding smoking do not always guarantee a youthful appearance, as some individuals with less disciplined habits may appear younger due to hereditary factors.

Additionally, the actor stated that his body weight has remained relatively consistent for nearly 30 years, noting that he has never been obsessed with his weight or followed strict diets.
