GIDNA awarded 471 MDH for nine Casablanca RER stations

The Moroccan National Railways Office (ONCF) has awarded two contracts to the Moroccan company GIDNA for the construction of nine new stations for the Casablanca Regional Express Network (RER). The total value of the contracts is 470.72 million dirhams excluding taxes.

The first contract, worth 214.52 million dirhams, covers four stations: Mohammedia Facultés, Zenata Industrielle, Sidi Bernoussi, and Aïn Sebaâ. The second contract, valued at 256.2 million dirhams, includes five stations: Hay Mohammedi, Mers Sultan, Casa Oasis, Sidi Maârouf, and Nouaceur Nouvelle Ville.

Architectural design for the nine stations has been entrusted to the firm Orange Atelier. The project is a key component of the development of the Casablanca metropolitan railway network.
