The graphics card market is seeing significant shifts with the introduction of NVIDIA's GeForce RTX 50 series. GIGABYTE has announced a bundle campaign running from August 26 to September 29, 2026, offering the action-adventure RPG ‘Control Resonant’ to customers who purchase eligible RTX 50 series products, including laptops and desktop GPUs. Similarly, ASUS is running a parallel campaign for its ROG and other RTX 5070-tier or higher products.

GIGABYTE is also launching new compact GeForce RTX 5080 and 5060 models designed for small form factor PCs, scheduled for release on August 28. Meanwhile, in the consumer market, Mouse Computer is holding a semi-annual sale in Japan, featuring RTX 5060 gaming PCs.

In contrast to the new releases, the price of the older NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 12GB has surged significantly following its mid-2026 production restart. In Western markets, prices for the 3060 12GB have risen by approximately 45%, making it more expensive than the newer, higher-performing RTX 5050 in some regions.
