Gigabyte prepares launch of AORUS FO27U24GP ICE gaming monitor

Gigabyte is preparing to launch a new high-end gaming monitor, the AORUS FO27U24GP ICE. This 27-inch device features a glossy Tandem-WOLED panel and is designed to meet diverse gaming requirements through a dual-mode functionality.

In its native 4K resolution (3840x2160), the monitor provides a 240 Hz refresh rate. For users requiring extreme fluidity, the device can switch to Full HD (1080p) resolution, increasing the refresh rate to 480 Hz. The monitor boasts a gray-to-gray (GtG) response time of 0.03 ms, making it suitable for e-sports.

Technical specifications include a peak HDR brightness of up to 1000 nits, 99 percent DCI-P3 color gamut coverage, and 10-bit color depth. The display is certified under the DisplayHDR True Black 400 standard and utilizes a ‘RealBlack-Glossy’ coating to enhance black levels and color depth.
