Gigi Becali backs player’s post‑match dance and weighs in on Denis Drăguș transfer

After FCSB's 2‑3 loss to Latvian side FK Auda in the Conference League, striker Daniel Bîrligea and his fiancée filmed a wedding‑style dance on the pitch. Owner Gigi Becali defended the act, saying it was pre‑planned, normal and not a distraction, and criticized those who called it inappropriate.

Becali also addressed the pending summer signing of Romanian forward Denis Drăguș. He said Drăguș’ move depends on resolving his contract with Turkish club Trabzonspor and on FCSB’s qualification for the next European round, indicating the player wants to play in Europe before joining.
