Giglio Island Running 2026 scheduled for October

The second edition of the Giglio Island Running is scheduled for Saturday, October 10, and Sunday, October 11, 2026. Organized by ASD Elba Runners, the event aims to combine competitive and non-competitive racing with activities designed for runners, families, and visitors to explore the island through sport and nature.

Giglio Campese will serve as the central hub, hosting an expo area where participants can register, collect race bibs, and meet organizers and sponsors. The Saturday program includes music, entertainment, and an official presentation of the half marathon pacers. A Kids Run is also scheduled for the evening to involve younger generations.

Notable highlights include a session with Fulvio Massini, a prominent Italian running coach and athletic trainer. The weekend will conclude with a traditional pasta party.
