Pablo Lyle expected to be released from prison in December 2026

Mexican actor Pablo Lyle is expected to be released from prison on December 29, 2026. His release date has been moved up from September 2027 due to good behavior and time served during his legal proceedings in Florida.

Lyle was sentenced to five years in prison and eight years of probation for involuntary manslaughter following a 2019 traffic altercation in Miami. The incident resulted in the death of Juan Ricardo Hernández, who died from injuries sustained after Lyle struck him during the dispute.

Following his release, Lyle is expected to face immigration proceedings for deportation to Mexico. Additionally, a civil lawsuit filed by the victim's family seeking over one million dollars in damages was recently dismissed by a judge because the plaintiffs failed to take action in the case for more than ten months.

Lyle's ex-wife, Ana Araujo, has noted that their children have maintained contact with him through digital tools during his incarceration.
