Gimnasia y Esgrima La Plata defeats Estudiantes in volleyball derby

Club de Gimnasia y Esgrima La Plata defeated Estudiantes in a volleyball derby during the second round of the Metropolitan Volleyball Tournament. The match, held at the Polideportivo Víctor Nethol, ended in straight sets with scores of 25-18, 25-19, and 26-24.

Led by coach Fabián de Valais, Gimnasia maintained dominance throughout the match. Despite a late surge from Estudiantes in the final set, Gimnasia secured the victory. The team is scheduled to face Boca in their next match.
