Gimpo reroutes 2000 bus to connect with GTX-A KINTEX Station

Gimpo City has announced a route change for the 2000 bus line, effective from the 14th, to connect the Gimpo Hangang New Town area with the GTX-A KINTEX Station. This adjustment aims to provide commuters with more options for traveling to Seoul Station and to alleviate heavy congestion on the Gimpo Goldline.

By utilizing the 2000 bus to reach the GTX-A KINTEX Station, travel times are estimated to be approximately 52 minutes from Janggi-dong and about one hour from Gurae-dong to Seoul Station. The new route includes several stops in Goyang City, such as KINTEX, Hillstate Ilsan, and the Forena KINTEX Officetel.

While the change introduces new stops like the Gurae-dong Administrative Welfare Center, some existing stops will be shortened or bypassed. Gimpo City officials have advised passengers affected by these changes to use the new stops or alternative routes, such as the 33 bus line, to minimize inconvenience.
