Gines hosts 18th edition of Una Pará festival

The 18th edition of Una Pará en Gines has commenced in Andalusia, Spain. Declared an Event of Tourist Interest in Andalusia, the festival runs until Sunday, October 4, featuring over 50 free activities including contests, exhibitions, and shows.

The event opened with the ‘We Love Flamenco by La Pará’ fashion parade, presented by model and entrepreneur Laura Sánchez. The parade showcased creations from approximately 30 fashion firms on a 45-meter runway. Following the parade, a commercial fair spanning 1,300 square meters opened, hosting more than 70 exhibitors.

In addition to fashion, the festival includes the ‘Ciudad de Gines’ Morphofunctional Competition for Pure Spanish Riding Horses, sanctioned by the National Association of Breeders of Pure Spanish Riding Horses (ANCCE). Gines Mayor Romualdo Garrido emphasized the event's authenticity and its importance to the local community.
