ginius releases new personal musical project ‘Here’s Where We Once Were’

British-Ghanaian producer and singer-songwriter ginius has released a new musical project titled ‘Here’s Where We Once Were’. Described as her most personal body of work to date, the project explores the emotional complexities of love, heartbreak, and memory.

The project features a blend of Afro R&B, Amapiano, and ginius’ signature ‘afro blend’, which fuses Ghanaian Highlife with contemporary Afropop and R&B. The tracks navigate various relationship stages, from initial infatuation to the eventual end of a connection.
