Gino Lucente to perform live soundtrack for ‘L’Inferno’ at Castello Sforzesco

Artist Gino Lucente will present an audiovisual performance at Castello Sforzesco on August 24, 2026, as part of the Estate al Castello festival. The event features an original live soundtrack composed by Lucente for the 1911 silent film ‘L’Inferno’, a landmark of Italian cinema.

Developed through a residency at Casa degli Artisti and in collaboration with Cineteca Milano, the performance utilizes electric guitars, synthesizers, and sound design to create a live sound dramaturgy. The project aims to establish an organic relationship between the historical imagery of the film and contemporary sound creation.
