Gino Segura and Ana Paty Peralta lead Morena race for Quintana Roo

Senator Gino Segura and Mayor Ana Paty Peralta are the leading contenders in the Morena party's internal race for the governorship of Quintana Roo. According to a CE Research poll by Destino 27, Segura holds 47.3% of the preference for the officialist candidate, while Peralta follows with 34%.

Segura maintains a significant lead in reputation with a positive balance of 33 points. In electoral scenarios involving the Morena-PT-PVEM coalition, Segura's candidacy results in 52.3% voter intention, whereas Peralta's candidacy places the coalition at 49.9%.

Senator Segura has publicly stated that he will respect the results of the party's internal survey, regardless of whether he is the winner. The internal Morena poll, which evaluates knowledge, voter intention, honesty, and party proximity, is expected to be conducted in late August, with results released in early September following the Third Government Report of Claudia Sheinbaum.
