Ginza Teppanyaki Shin Harada opens in Tokyo

Chef Shinji Harada, who has received Michelin stars for 18 consecutive years, has opened a new restaurant in Ginza called ‘Ginza Teppanyaki Shin Harada’. The establishment aims to blend traditional teppanyaki with Italian culinary techniques.

To celebrate the opening, the restaurant is offering a limited-time 15-course special menu at a discounted price. The course features high-end ingredients including A5 Wagyu beef, fresh caviar, abalone, and eel. The menu is designed to showcase the unique textures and flavors of each ingredient through precise teppanyaki preparation.
