Giovanni Quaglia and Sara Vasone win 39th StraRivoli

Giovanni Quaglia and Sara Vasone secured victories at the 39th edition of the StraRivoli road race in Rivoli, Italy. The 10.5 km event, part of the regional Fidal calendar, was held under ideal autumn-like temperatures.

Quaglia, representing Atletica Pinerolo, finished with a time of 36’22”, maintaining a significant lead for much of the race. Andrea Vittoni followed in second place, finishing 58 seconds behind, while Stefano Loiacono took third. In the women’s category, Sara Vasone of Olimpiatletica won with a time of 43’07”, marking her second consecutive victory. Federica Spadafora finished second, followed by Manuela Serventi in third.

The race, which originated as a gathering for the Sardinian community working near the Fiat plants, continues to see growing participation. The event was supported by the Municipality of Rivoli, the Sardegna Region, and various local athletic associations.
