Antonio Conte denies advanced negotiations with Manchester United or Juventus

Antonio Conte has issued a formal statement via Instagram to clarify his professional future and dismiss recent media reports linking him to major football clubs. The Italian manager, who has been out of employment since leaving Napoli in May, addressed rumors suggesting he was in advanced talks with Manchester United and Juventus.

Conte categorized reports regarding his alleged financial demands, requests for full control over club operations, and concerns over his “strong personality” as “unfounded reconstructions.” He emphasized that there is currently no concrete basis for such assessments and stated that he is taking the necessary time to evaluate when and how to return to management.

While his name has been associated with several clubs seeking stability, Conte maintained that any future move would be a “carefully considered decision” made only when the right conditions are met. He noted that he would engage in discussions with interested parties only when a concrete opportunity arises, ensuring mutual respect for the needs of both the club and his professional approach.
