Giovanni Tedesco Departs as Perugia Coach

Giovanni Tedesco confirmed that he will leave his role as head coach of Serie C side Perugia following the friendly match against Grosseto. In his statement he expressed frustration over recent speculation, said he will not speak with club president Alessandro Gaucci, and announced a press conference later in the week to explain his decision.
