Giovanni Terzi reflects on architectural inspiration in Rimini

Giovanni Terzi reflects on the formative moment in 1977 that influenced his career path. While visiting Rimini with his mother, he was struck by the historical significance of the Tempio Malatestiano and the Tiberius Bridge.

After observing the ancient Roman bridge, which has remained standing for two thousand years, Terzi expressed a desire to learn how to design such enduring structures. Following his mother's advice to study architecture rather than engineering, he shifted his aspirations from becoming a veterinarian to pursuing a path inspired by historical monuments.
