Giovanni Zarrella celebrates show anniversary with open-air event

Giovanni Zarrella is celebrating the fifth anniversary of ‘Die Giovanni Zarrella Show’ with a special open-air summer party. The event will take place on August 29, 2026, at the ZDF Fernsehgarten in Mainz, broadcasting on ZDF and via streaming.

The celebration is expected to host 4,700 live spectators and features a lineup of national and international pop and Schlager stars, including Andrea Berg, Andreas Gabalier, Adam Lambert, Sarah Brightman, and Chris Norman. Zarrella described the choice of location as a “wink of fate” for the milestone event.

In recent personal reflections shared via a podcast, Zarrella also discussed his past struggles with identity and career uncertainty following the dissolution of the group Bro’Sis. He described a period of personal crisis where he struggled to be a reliable partner to his wife, Jana Ina, before finding stability following the birth of his son in 2008.
