Giriraj Singh accuses Rahul Gandhi of mental bankruptcy

Union Textiles Minister Giriraj Singh has accused Congress leader Rahul Gandhi of suffering from ‘mental bankruptcy’ and alleged that Gandhi intends to ‘burn the country down’ due to his inability to regain political power.

Speaking at the Uttar Pradesh International Trade Show in Greater Noida, Singh claimed that Gandhi has been attacking constitutional institutions, specifically regarding the Special Intensive Revision of electoral rolls. Singh further alleged that Gandhi habitually maligns the Election Commission and the Supreme Court.

Addressing the political landscape in Uttar Pradesh, Singh criticized the alliance between the Congress and the Samajwadi Party, labeling it a ‘thugbandhan’ and stating that the opposition has failed in the state. He also suggested that Gandhi lacks the courage to contest elections independently and would eventually seek support from Akhilesh Yadav.
