Girl discharged after severe pitbull attack in Tucumán

A young girl named Luciana has been discharged from the Hospital del Niño Jesús in Tucumán, Argentina, following a severe pitbull attack on September 24. She had initially entered the hospital in critical condition with life-threatening injuries, including hemodynamic instability and respiratory issues.

After several weeks of specialized care, reconstructive surgery, and multidisciplinary treatment, the patient is returning home to live with her grandmother. Her recovery involved intensive efforts from medical staff, including doctors, nurses, and specialists at both Hospital Padilla and Hospital del Niño Jesús.
