Girls Future Ready Summit held in Łódź

The Girls Future Ready Summit 2026 took place in Łódź, Poland, at the EC1 revitalized spaces. Organized by the Girls Future Ready Foundation, the event brought together over a thousand young women aged 14–26, alongside global business and political leaders, to discuss technology, finance, and leadership.

Key speakers included former Finnish Prime Minister Sanna Marin, who spoke on the courage required to break barriers in politics and business, and Zofia Kierner, the founder of the organization. Other notable participants included fintech investor Jenny Just, activist Dr. Vee Kativhu, and content creator Jade Bowler. The summit focused on the theme ‘Embrace being the youngest in the room,’ highlighting the unique perspectives of young women.

In a related discussion on corporate leadership, Magdalena Zagrodnik, co-founder of Walter Herz, emphasized the business advantages of gender diversity. She noted that women in leadership roles often bring high emotional intelligence and empathy, which can improve team stability, reduce recruitment costs, and enhance client relationships through a more nuanced understanding of organizational needs.
