GIRLS POP JAPAN festival to feature rising female artists in Tokyo

SBI MUSIC CIRCUS, in collaboration with NTT Docomo Studio & Live and Culture Entertainment Group, has announced the upcoming pop culture festival, ‘S Cawaii! presents GIRLS POP JAPAN supported by SBI MUSIC CIRCUS’. The event is scheduled to take place on October 11 at Shinjuku WARP in Tokyo.

The festival aims to support the development of Japanese idol culture by showcasing next-generation female artists and groups. Featured performers include solo artist Yumaha Yamazaki, a former member of Hello! Project’s BEYOOOOONDS, and singer Kaya, known for her vocal work on various anime theme songs. Other participating acts include the dance and vocal group MISS MERCY from Stardust Promotion, as well as α+ and Suupeas from Twin Planet.
